How GetResolved works

GetResolved is built for early-stage builders who want to create apps with their users. It brings together multiple channels for talking to your user base, collecting feedback, supporting customer-driven building, and communicating changes back to users.
The tool integrates with your Slack — you're hanging out there anyway. Chat with your users in the most frictionless way.
How it works
- Create an account, workspace, and product.
- Embed the chat widget in your app.
- Integrate with Slack.
- Start communicating with your users.
- Create issues from conversations. GetResolved automatically avoids duplicate issues and links each conversation to the issue it came from.
- Work on issues — fix bugs and ship new features.
- When you're done, create a release and pick the issues that shipped in it.
- GetResolved handles the communication back to the users who contributed to that release.
Every feature works through the UI or the API. Claude Code integration is supported.
