GetResolved is built by My Dreams Are These, a Finnish company founded by three people who already built one company together. Now they're doing it again.
Julius, Jaakko, and Mikael co-founded the design and technology agency Evermade in 2011 and grew it into one of Finland's most respected digital agencies, with a team of more than 70. Along the way they designed and built digital services for the likes of Wolt, Angry Birds, Valio, the City of Helsinki, Porsche, and Slush. After more than a decade shipping products for some of the best-known names in the Nordics, they started My Dreams Are These to build their own product, with AI at the core.
GetResolved is our answer for customer service. We believe small businesses deserve the same quality of tools as the large ones, without the enterprise price tag or the setup headache. So we built an AI support platform that's fast to set up, transparent to pay for, and designed from the ground up for European businesses and their data.
Julius leads the company. He's a co-founder of Evermade and served as its CEO, with a strong background in digital service design, strategy, sales, and client work. Over the years he has worked with hundreds of organizations and come to know firsthand the challenges they face on the digital side of their business. That's the kind of insight that shapes what we build and who we build it for.
Jaakko owns the technology behind GetResolved. A co-founder and longtime CTO of Evermade, he has been building for the web since the earliest days of WordPress and has personally overseen hundreds of websites. A self-described creative nerd, he's deeply hands-on with AI-first and agentic development, and spends his free time on open-source projects and cycling the trails around Espoo.
Mikael is responsible for product and design. A designer-developer hybrid with more than 15 years in web projects, he co-founded Evermade and earlier worked at Futuremark and F-Secure. His UX work for Slush.org won a Grand One award for Best UX Design in 2018. At GetResolved he shapes how the product looks, feels, and works, making sure powerful AI stays genuinely simple to use.
