What happens if I go over my conversation limit?
Pricing scales with usage, so you size your plan with the slider as you grow.
Can I add teammates, and is there a cost per seat?
Yes. The first seat is free, and each extra seat is €4/month — add them with the seats slider.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no annual lock-in; your plan is month to month and you can cancel whenever. After you close your account, we delete your data within 90 days (we keep some billing records longer where law requires).
How does GetResolved compare to a free tool like Tawk.to or Chatwoot?
Free live-chat tools give you a widget and an inbox, but stop there — you still sort, dedupe, and track issues by hand.
